Overview
The Tamarindo Heights community lies behind a dramatic entry portico which welcomes you
with the elements of nature, water, and fire. Inside the gated community you will be greeted
by lush tropical landscape, a large serene lake and two beautiful water features meeting at a
picturesque palm tree island. A river winds its way down the mountainside and through the
community, creating the soothing background sound of flowing water. In the near distance,
one hears the steady, pleasing sound of ocean waves lapping at the pristine beach which lies at
the bottom of the mountain crest. The layout of the community is designed in accordance with
the ancient tradition of Feng Shui bringing together the harmony of open space, water and
other natural elements in an elegant, stress-free environment.
Today Tamarindo Heights exists as an exclusive, luxury real estate development
project being built in phases: private estate home sites; the Garden Boutique Plaza
commercial center; custom built homes; a VIP Beach Club exclusively for community
members; and The Hotel and Spa Resort.
Phase 1 of the development is comprised of 51 private homes sites with ocean, lake,

The next phase of development includes the VIP Beach Club. The Beach Club site sits on the

Club is scheduled to begin in late-2007.
Also included in the next phase is the Tamarindo Heights Hotel and Spa Resort. The Resort

Spa Resort is also scheduled to begin in late-2007.
