Beautiful Beach front lodge located in Playa Santa Teresa, Puntarenas.
The size of the property is 7500 square meters, comprised for 60 mts beachfront by 150 mts long. It is a hill so the back of the property is at 50 mts high aprox. The property it is behind the road. The property have a unique oceanfront view, sunset spot and in front there is a natural olympic tide pool, ideal to swim, sunbath, or snorkel.
The constructions year start in 1998 to 2004 .The facilities include a 120-m2 Mexican pueblo style rancho restaurant, made of teakwood. With seats for 24 persons. It also has a terrace, two floor furnished house with kitchen, reception office, telephone line, Satellite TV antenna, laundry section, garage, living room and 4 bathrooms. All the facilities are a steps away from the beach and have a unique view.
Further, there are two new and completely furnished private bungalows. Suitable up to four people each. They have a fan, refrigerator, balcony, decoration and private bathroom with hot water.
And also two new private rooms suitable for 2 people each , also with fan, balcony, decoration and private bathroom with hot water.

The construction was made in a way that you don't have to spent lot of money in the maintaining. It is solid construction and easy cleaning.
There is a 9 square meters bodega and an underground cistern of 18000 liters that works automatically with two water pumps. Also we have our own well of sweet water of 10 meters deep
The whole property is a combination of tropical gardens, our facilities and a exuberant wildlife jungle, with tropical summer 10 months a year.
