Casitas feature front porches with ocean views, private baths, kitchenettes and dining areas all in a tropical style open plan living. Most have custom cabinetry and hand made doors and windows produced by local artisans and all casitas have been refurbished in 2005, including:

• Plasma, split level air conditioning units
• Interior and exterior paint
• New mattresses and appliances
• Three casitas have new hand made cedar windows and doors
• New fans and light fixtures
• Custom curtains
• New outdoor bamboo furniture

The Grounds

The grounds feature botanical gardens with huge shade trees as well as an abundance of palms, hundreds of flowering plants in a lush tropical setting with mango, banana, papaya, plantain and star fruit trees. The property teems with wildlife, resident toucans & many other native birds, iguanas, frogs and many other creatures.
Stone walkways wind through the gardens and lead you to a rock reef and virtually private beach, or to the rancho and gently swinging hammocks.

The property has its own filtered water supply in the form of 2 wells and a 3000 gallon holding tank.
